Tigard Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a full-time, long-term, receptionist/office assistant to join our Team. The position involves a variety of clerical activities which support the operation of our clinic. Duties will include but are not limited to answering the telephone, collecting payments, verifying benefits, and understanding health insurance benefits, and general patient intake tasks. We are looking for an individual who is professional, reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic. Additionally, skills must include an ability to multitask effectively, have basic computer skills with an aptitude to learn our format quickly, be a problem solver with a congenial attitude who enjoys people and welcomes learning.

Some experience in a chiropractic clinic and health insurance preferred.

Clinic hours are: 7:00am to 6:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 5:30pm Tuesday

Currently closed on Thursdays

The work schedule will be established in coordination with the co-worker.

Candidate must be able to cover full days for co-worker when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 34 per week
